Who are our partner shelters?

We have 3 partner shelters from the Philippines on the portal currently, which are  PAWSsion Project, CARA Welfare Philippines, AKF Animal Rescue & Rehabilitation Center. We will soon to expand to other Southeast Asia Countries, such as Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia….

What are our aims and objectives?

We have a passionate belief that every dog and cat deserve a loving home and aspire to help re-home homeless pets across Southeast Asia, starting with Philippines, will expand later to Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia….. Our objectives are:  1) Encourage adoption to give pets a second chance while giving shelters the opportunity to take and care for other homeless and stray dogs and cats.  2) Help pet owners fulfil their lifetime commitment to their pets.  3) Encourage pet owners to act responsibly so both them and their pets are welcomed as good neighbors within community.

What should I do if I am unable to visit the shelter after making an appointment?

Please inform the shelter earlier to cancel the appointment. You may call the shelter or send an email to the shelter directly.

Can I reschedule my appointment for another day?

Yes, you can always reschedule your appointment by logging into your WeR4HappyTails account. Click "Calendar", find your appointment date and click "Edit Appointment".

How do I check my appointment time?

You can find your appointment details by logging in to your WeR4HappyTails account and clicking on "Calendar" under your account. You may also search the appointment details on your registered email.

What should I do after making an appointment with the shelter?

After scheduling an appointment, you will receive an email to your registered email address. Schedule yourself, and do remember to visit the shelter at your appointment time. Your potential lovely furkid is waiting for you. 

How do I create an account?

Please register yourself in the portal before start adopting any pet. After filling out all fields, you will receive a welcome email. Remember to log on to change your password.

What kind of pets do you have in your portal currently?

 As of now, we have both cats and dogs waiting for adoption.
